Go to the login page, click on the "Sign in with Microsoft" button and log in with the same account you use to access the Pulse Minds application.
Create
Open a ticket if you have encountered a bug, one of the functions isn't performing correctly or you need clarification on a technical or administrative level.
Consult
Consult new and old personal or organizational tickets. You can filter the results based on different parameters and check their responses or current status.
Reply
If you've opened a ticket or are cc'd, you can send a reply to add details or reply to the agent handling the ticket. If you have solved your problem you can close it with the appropriate button.
